It has been challenging the last two years as we dug into the nitty-gritty of baggage left over from decades of lives built on false ideas and disconnections. Making sense of every situation/experience manifested — the assault with my ex was just one of many experiences that led into a full circle bigger picture appreciation with my mother's and grandmother's histories. Healing should never be taken lightly; one can easily trigger the state of post-trauma, and without proper knowledge, tools, + steps can remain stuck in their traumatized, survival selves, if unwilling to let go of them. I have specialized in working with mental-health imbalances + disorders through eight years of 1:1 therapy and multiple certified modalities. My life experiences have led me in this direction. As people wear their societal awards as badges of honour, mine are tucked away in my travel kit (which we downsized with all the relocations and travels we have undertaken to study human nature). The insight gained through regressional hypnosis by accessing cellular memory revealed the bigger picture of ideas and actions from the past. This started to dispel the fake realities created by so many people in order to distort and hide the truth of history, lineages, and ancestry. In addition to that, there were other contributing factors our great/grandparents/parents/peers etc never wanted to be revealed.

Therefore, being your own family's psychotherapist requires patience ( a lot of energy ), skill ( knowing the psychology of minds ) and great self-management. In the course of this process, I have been put to the test many times and have found parts of mycellves healing. As we are interconnected, this results in a win-win situation for the whole family. Hence, since all cells originate from pre-existing cells, we will have a MASSIVE effect on one another with regard to our psyche, cellular biology, chemistry, and rooted beliefs. During regressional hypnotherapy, cellular memories are accessed to aid in the healing of PTSD. In this process, one can regain cellular memories that have been blocked, manifesting in different forms and symptoms of mental illness such as not being able to recall or skewing gaps or events within one's own timeline, creating multiple personalities, etc. In the wake of the past stirring up for healing, all of the energies began to shift. It was evident that the lineages of Johny and I were being uplifted on all sides. As we travelled through our own healing process, our memories led us to discover the truth of our roots, and we definitely were shaken by the fake earth. As a result, we have encountered a great deal of pushback, since so many have refused to fulfill their part of the contract. In parallel, what occurs internally also appears externally. Humanity was being challenged to evolve collectively, to heal its past, and to recall its human nature as a whole. Taking action is based on my grasp of the larger picture, overcoming generational trauma, and releasing past unaligned actions that have led to imbalanced karma.

Due to this, my gentle girl had to become quite the boundary bitch and now resides somewhere in-between for balance. The effort to keep me quiet or convince those around me that I was crazy began early on. This was an attempt to contaminate my world with false ideas. To the detriment of themselves and others, people will protect their comforts and self-convincing lies. Rooted in false narratives that skew their own mentality. Trailblazers are often referred to as crazy people because they are dedicated to bringing the truth whilst remaining authentic with passion, self-awareness and care. Truth has been my sword and elements my shield as I battle reactions, lies and betrayal from many people at once. It feels as if a war is raging simultaneously in many spheres, but physically the room stands still. This is essentially a mind-emotion-body fuck when you aren't aware of the subtle dimensions and realities, and can lead to confusion, mislabeling, and misdirection. It is necessary to be in the air to become aware. To be willing to become aware of everyone's ideas (intentions) and contributing factors on the grandest/universal scale that contribute to the present situation or experience in order to be able to make the proper choices/decisions to respond for the greatest good of all people involved. A higher level of consciousness will always be benefited from this practice.

As a result of massive traumas, both my parents were emotionally stuck in their adolescent years. Mother, the eighth child of a full-time teaching absentee widow, felt alone and disregarded and made it her mission as a mother to be there physically for things like cooking, cleaning, and studying. As a child, she stayed at home + cooked all our meals from scratch, planted gardens, made costumes, made fake fireplaces for Christmas, embraced the rain, + made walking a religion. Cleaning was her therapy, and she spent hours with me studying with flashcards. The smell of fresh air was her favourite. It doesn't matter if it's raining or if there's a gust of wind, she will stomp her feet with the biggest smile, flossing 6 times a day. The woman I've known for my entire life is eccentric, electric, OCD, hardheaded, and a true being of all trades when she is not in her own way. I have observed her my entire life and our similarities are undeniable. Because of her insecurity, her true nature was seldom revealed to many, including her family. For the sake of protecting her truth and those involved, she created veils and versions of the story to conceal her identity.

After 28 years of shared life, I have gotten to know my mother more in the last five years. Similarly, I tried to get to know my father. Their thick, layered shells had been handed down to them from their parents and masked decades of hoarding information. Their bright lights had taken many hits, topped by countless lies and suffered mentally throughout their upbringing. Thus, they created many personas to protect their inner tormented child who didn't feel safe coming out of their subconscious. As they dealt with the outside world, they wore the personas they believed they needed to "survive." What their little girls and boys numbed and suppressed affected me and my siblings, including self-worth, beliefs about life, our emotions, and physical health. The sensitivities they detached from and had stolen as children were delivered back to my elder siblings and me through their expansions.

It has been impossible to continue to have a relationship with my father because of his unwillingness to put himself in another's shoes or admit his lies and mistakes. Truth cannot be upheld by fear-based emotions. It is imperative that generational trauma be healed, and with my children directly affected, the drive is very real. When you give your life true purpose, you begin to emancipate yourself from the role of a child. My well of emotion began to run dry as I attempted to improve the relationship after years of abandonment, and I received nothing of truth or emotional substance back. Through my desire for everyone to heal and grow the F up, I was used for my information and ability to reconnect him to the family he neglected. For my mother, we are working on our relationship through the understanding of our ancestral history. It is an honour for me to be able to conduct such a thorough dive into my own ancestry to understand my own energy, creation, and self. Most people are not willing to dig up and investigate what is going on or what has already occurred.
