Welcome to Sagittarius season! As the days get shorter, the “Christ”-mas ritualistic songs begin to echo through grocery & department stores, and a mix of seasonal depression and holiday anxiety starts to set in for many across the world. So many of us get pulled into these cyclical expectations, and the ultimate question we must ask is... why? And do I truly resonate with what I'm investing my energy into?
Most of us don't know the roots of these holidays or why they're celebrated. We're often given superficial reasons, and it's easy to get caught up in the commercialized version. But Sagittarius season this year is all about researching our Cellves, seeking truth and courageously exploring the unknown. It's a time to dig deeper, to question, and to seek wisdom.
Sagittarius is coming in strong, so it's crucial we tune into our own nature and work with it. This time of year is about transitioning into a more feminine, darker, cooling, restful, recharging, introspective, and inward-connecting space. It's a time for reflection, for looking within, and for reconnecting with our inner selves.
Common imbalances, such as seasonal depression, seasonal sickness, and seasonal anxiety, wouldn't be present if we consciously managed our energies, prioritized and recognized nature's patterns, and adjusted accordingly. As all of us beings living on her majestic Eden were designed to, Sagittarius assists us in getting curious about our root connection to nature and each other, outside of the monthly/yearly Facebook check-in and the once-in-a-while paved “hike” in our plastic, non-conducive running shoes.
We have strayed so far from energy, universal principles, and humane/human nature that the U-turn to get back on track is going to be uncomfortable because our comfort has become anti-human-nature. We are inter-connected, bio-electric, multi-dimensional creators, not separate, dependent, superficial meat-covered skeletons that rely on artificial connections, external control, and live a victimized life driven by survival.
When I tune into Sagittarius I hear “it’s time to get real with ourCellves”. Let’s get conscious, take responsibility for our creations and co-creations, and return to a humane, loving, thriving, and responsible way of life. Let's take a deep breath and explore the truth behind these holidays. Let's seek wisdom and align with our own values and intentions.
Let's become response-able humane beings co-creating a better good for us all, without exception, and let's not forget to take care of our Cells and prioritize our overall well-being. One vulnerable step at a time,
