Have you ever realized that everything happening externally reflects our internal world? I was born into a reality that wasn't mine, with lies and no truth. Unhealed ancestral, generational, and societal traumas caused immense suffering.
I faced bullying, betrayal, neglect, and never received support or praise. However, I discovered that by focusing inward, quieting my mind, and observing my thoughts, I could increase my self-awareness.
I had to break free from the victim narrative I'd carried since childhood. By bringing in new perspectives, seeing with empathetic eyes, and reprogramming skewed beliefs, I began to heal. This journey helped me overcome mental health issues, bipolar tendencies, narcissism, and self-centeredness.
I’ve been learning to recognize guilt motivations and break free from the cycle of people-pleasing. My mother, an elementary school teacher, struggled to support me, reflecting her own unresolved traumas. She had a pregnancy around 18-19 years old, my mother faced a difficult choice: give up the child or have the child raised as her sister.
The church's strict control and manipulation broke her spirit, leading her to suppress emotions and give away her power. These unhealed wounds were passed down, and I've had to balance them with truth. Until we confront and release these traumas, history will continue to repeat itself. I'm committed to breaking these unhealthy cycles, and I invite you to join me on this journey of self-awareness and healing whatever your age and stage of life.
