On the surface level, we are experiencing an emotionally charged New Moon in Aries, which sets the tone for this energetic initiation. This lunation invites reflection, emotional awareness, release, and the purging of what no longer serves us. Before any meaningful forward motion can occur, it is wise to take inventory.
Think of it like preparing for a road trip: you wouldn’t begin the journey without first ensuring you’re not carrying unnecessary baggage and that you have everything you truly need for the path ahead. In the same way, this is a moment to pause, assess, and consciously choose what continues with you into this next chapter.

They are reactive states, not rooted in full-spectrum truth, but rather expressions of stagnant energy rising to the surface.
This awareness has become more powerful than the pull of these temporary states. I can now recognize the difference between my grounded self and what feels like an “imposter” version—tired, reactive, and on edge.
Through mindful observation, I can see that this lunation is not creating these feelings, but revealing them. It is bringing stagnant, unprocessed energies to the surface to be acknowledged and cleared.
In the same way, reflect on any emotional fluctuations you experience—especially around the New Moon. Notice if there is numbness or a lack of emotion as well; this is equally informative.

The truth is, life is far less complicated than it is often made out to be by society or those in positions of influence. However, without understanding the foundational building blocks—the underlying patterns and universal principles—it can feel like an unsolvable puzzle.
I’m shown a vision: handing an iPhone to a child from an Amazonian tribe who has never seen or heard of such a device. Without context or guidance, the child might use it as a mirror to reflect sunlight, or as a simple object that lights up when touched—never even scratching the surface of its true capabilities.
This, in many ways, mirrors the human experience.
We are operating within incredibly advanced systems—our bodies, minds, and energetic fields—yet most of us have never been shown how to truly use them.
It is not that the “instruction manual” never existed—it has. But for many, it has been forgotten, distorted, or kept out of reach.
And yet, just like with any modern device, if you lose the manual, you eventually begin to explore.
This, in essence, is what we are being called into now.
To remember.
To rediscover.
To reconnect with our innate intelligence.

Because as we begin to understand and embody these truths, we naturally dissolve the layers of confusion, limitation, and disconnection that have kept humanity in cycles of suffering.
