At times, the abundance of information can be overwhelming and leave one feeling lost and unsure of where to begin. It is beyond crucial as to why our education system and society as a whole should place more emphasis on teachings related to spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical awareness and human psychology/behaviour.
These aspects are crucial for one's personal growth and advancement. It's important to acknowledge the gravity of the situation, release societal patterns of avoiding or mislabelling death, and navigate through the grief. Through my experience in Lifestyle Architecture, I've gained a more rounded perspective on human connection and collective healing. As teachers and coaches, we remain humble in our continuous learning of this human experience, spirituality, science and everything in between. It appears that we share a common interest in exploring various perspectives in a manner that is mindful of the environment and its resources.
We have both encountered some truly remarkable experiences that have enabled us to overcome our apprehensions. However, I possess a more curious nature than Johny and am constantly driven to acquire new knowledge. My constant willingness to learn clashes with Johny's unhealed perspectives and skewed morals, resulting in a lack of motivation. I am like a curious kitten who persists in getting the treat out of the toy, while Johny is like an overfed, lazy cat who waits for me to get the treat and convince me to give it to him. Neither balanced, neither better than the other!
In order to maintain a healthy and strong relationship, it's vital for couples to recognize and address any emotional baggage that they may be carrying. It's important to approach any issues with a level head and avoid taking things personally. Instead, focus on understanding the underlying causes of any conflicts and work together to find a resolution. By doing so, couples can build a stronger foundation and create a more fulfilling partnership.
In order to fully understand and address past actions, it is important for both parties involved to release their grip on control and delve into their subconscious mind, specifically the right hemisphere of the brain. It is within this domain that past ideas and emotions reside, providing valuable insight and perspective on the situation at hand. Only through this level of introspection can true understanding and resolution be achieved. In every relationship, it is crucial that both parties approach conflict resolution with humility, respect, and a willingness to work through negative emotions.
Relationships offer a unique opportunity to explore our dual natures, including both positive and negative aspects, as well as the interplay of various natural forces such as magnetism, electricity, and cosmic energy. By acknowledging and embracing these complexities, we can deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Whether we are navigating the elements of light, space, air, fire, water, or earth, we must remain open-minded and dedicated to finding common ground in order to foster healthy, fulfilling relationships.
Many individuals tend to compartmentalize, separate, or even suppress their emotions as a way of dealing with overwhelming experiences. Unfortunately, this approach is not helpful and can result in negative long-term effects. Failure to process these events can lead to internal turmoil within our cellular system, distorting our perception and feeding us false realities. This can stem from past trauma, patterns, and beliefs that have not been properly addressed.
Having Pax was undoubtedly the greatest choice we ever made. It afforded Lux the chance to experience the bond of a sibling and collect the dispersed fragments of our initial consciousness following the cataclysmic supernova that brought about the formation of our solar system.
