The Relationship Between Time and Energy
Did you know that time and energy are interconnected? Our energy, encompassing our ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions, flows at a vibrational rate that determines our experience of time. Managing our time effectively means managing our energy, but this requires a redefinition of time and letting go of a linear perspective.
A good place to start is by changing your perspective on time. There is a need for us to redefine the way we understand the world. It is important to remember that time does not flow linearly. I would like to describe it as the creation of feminine and masculine energy. A good example of this is how the ideas and feelings we have make up the feminine energy and can slow energy down. The actions we take and the thoughts we think are manifestations of masculine energy, which is capable of speeding up the flow of time in our lives. If we are busy, a day can seem to fly by, but if we are bored, every second can seem like it lasts forever.
There is a law of relativity that governs the universe. A very important aspect of human nature is that beliefs, ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions can have an impact on the flow of time (energy). Our belief systems and definitions of time are the most influential factors in how we perceive and experience time. It is by the way we think about and perceive something for that matter that we determine the level of experience we have of it. You are going to experience what you allow yourself to believe until you give yourself permission to shift the way in which you see something. This will allow you to open up to new possibilities, or as we say, eXpand your mind to new limits.
The best way to manage our time/energy based on this new understanding is to not have an excess of either and manage both of our feminine and masculine energies in the best way possible. To achieve this, we need to regulate the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, which represent the subconscious and conscious minds as well as feminine and masculine principles.
