December: A Month of Rebirth, Renewal, and Radical Self-Care
Hey, lovely humans! As we dive, penguin slide, or slip flat on our backs into the final month of the year, I invite you to join me on a trip of rebirth, renewal, and radical self-care. We’ll pack everything we need for a fun*ctional, enjoyable, and evolutionary experience—with a Spotify playlist as a top priority!
Astrological Cycles:
This month, we're working with some potent astrological energies. The atmosphere is atmosphering! Raining down some frequencies to get our freak on, we have not one, but TWO New Moons in December - on the 1st and the 31st! These New Moons in Sagittarius and Capricorn, respectively, set the tone for expansion, growth, new beginnings, and manifestation. The skies black, like a beautiful canvas and creative juices are ready to flow!
The Full Moon on December 15th holds a special significance for me and my family. It marks the birthday of our beloved son Pax, who we lost in 2023 due to severe brain damage from carbon monoxide poisoning. Our little nugget is turning 5 this year and that number sparks heavy significance with us as well! His pregnancy sparked poetry, my singing voice, and our journey into Johny’s roots. The fifth chakra represents expression and so much of what was shut down as a child, limited, and capped was reignited in us during his time in my belly previous to the traumatic events. His passing is a devastating and painful reminder of the importance of breaking cycles, setting boundaries, emotional healing, speaking truth, questioning unhealthy norms, and prioritizing our well-being.
Pax's legacy lives on in each one of my beloveds, and his birthday serves as a powerful reminder of the interconnectedness of all things with large signs, reminders, symbols through various sources showering down on his daily. His story teaches us about the importance of cycles and patterns, speaking truth, growing resilience, keeping hope, and the human spirit's capacity for healing and growth.
As we celebrate Pax's birthday and the holiday season, we're invited to reflect on our own journeys, our relationships, and our place within the larger web of life. We're reminded that our experiences, though unique, are interconnected and interdependent.

This month, don’t just take time to connect with your cellular memory—make it your lifestyle and release any stored trauma living from a constant moment-to moment conversation with your cells, filling the gaps and holes in your timeline and rebirth your cells into a new cycle of growth, stage of life, and self-evolutION.
I've been receiving constant messages about continuing to teach and lead through example the importance of self-care, nervous system regulation, generational influence, societal norms, family dynamics, human behaviour, and self-growth during this time in humanity. Start exploring these subjects through self-journaling and intuition development. Remember to stay grounded through physical routines and core values, centred in your truth, and connected to your inner wisdOM. Check in, speak to your cells, work through all the kinks, and organize your organism 🧬
As a mama of five and three furr-babes I'm constantly reminded that self-care is not selfish; it's essential! 🫠 This month, prioritize your own well-being, take breaks when needed, and remember that you're not alone in this journey. In this stage i’m keeping it simple and back to the basics as I teach my biracial little humans the building blocks of life, how to make sense of their experiences, how to take care of their spirits, minds, emotions, and bodies, exploring relationships, biodiversity, using their imagination, exploring different cultures, learning all about energy, and the world around them etc. In doing some I’m parenting and providing for mycellves what they required but did not receive in their upbringing breaking cycles and healing family dynamics. #onedayatatime😵💫🫣🤯😜🤓
