Spoonful of Self-worth ( X )
It was next level how much investment was made into sabotaging my relationship(s), controlling my future, and skewing my beliefs, business, and personal journey by those who were scorned and unhealed. It is suffocating to experience so much ownership. Many clients, family, friends, and peers are now trying to market my health journey, experiences, ideas, and lifestyle for financial gain and/or societal acceptance by stealing my story and personality. My father and aunt treated me like talent and stock. As my health + wellness practice gained acceptance while not conforming to their or society's limitations, curiosity among others was piqued. Travelling, having babies, loving yourself and growing at the same time is not something you can have simultaneously. Are you saying I cannot maintain a balance? No, our society claims, I cannot control you if you think for yourself if you are aware of just how powerful you really are, and if you realize that I only exist as an illusion due to your false beliefs and definitions about your cells, nature, life, love, etc. No one wants to believe that balancing your energy can be as straightforward as managing it.
Thus, one would have to take responsibility for their ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions, both consciously and unconsciously, moment by moment. Real responsibility requires real commitment, energy, and effort which is quite absent and easily observable in the very disconnected + brainwashed collective today. Pandemic of easy living, quick fixes, distractions, and avoidance. As I began to question + call out ALL the BS -- we were turned on viciously. Following this, my business pages and social media accounts were heavily infiltrated and blocked as the information I was sharing challenged all societal systems that would soon be under severe question. In gratitude for my healing journey, as faith + trust in energy have tested my nervous system to the core with choices that had to be made for the greatest good for everyone, the family's karma, and generational trauma. This required hard work, dedication, and loyalty. The majority of what others said or believed was often in conflict with my own feelings, knowledge, and experiences. And this is what made me constantly question everything. It is when you are not taught to process emotion ( energies in motion ) that the cellular memory remains unhealed, polluting your cellular system and affecting your reality.
Truth be told, we aren't all pretty. As a result of unconscious decisions about ourselves, cells, and human nature throughout our original consciousness's timeline, large chemical imbalances exist within our nature. As a direct result of that determination, it is our self-missION to learn more about who and what we are and what we are not. To discover what love is. Understanding what friendship is and what it's not. In order to discover what being a mother/father/sister/brother/friend/lover is or is not. Having this dual experience is obtained from a variety of experiences, faucets, and creating with other versions of ourselves. The thing to keep in mind is that you are still connected to the source that created you. It's time to air out the ugly, the shame, the resentment, the less than re ( actions ) verbal, mental, emotional, physical, all the highs and lows that created our planet, ecosystems, institutions, coming of age, and life stages. With aVOIDance and easy living becoming the obsessives of the 21st century, it might be unnerving at first, but it's the truth. That's how humans learn what is right and what is wrong. Feelings are our guides, the inner compass on which we orient ourselves.
The four basic components of our cells, aether, are earth, water, fire and air. Self-awareness begins with becoming familiar with these versions, the elements, and knowing the (x chromosome) and (y chromosome) of energy present within each component. Disconnecting from our emotions numbs/suppresses our most important cellular components DNA, RNA, -our memories. Cellular memory is a product of human experiences. Self-worth is a result of quality + quantity of experiences. We have a myriad of hobbies, traits, talents, etc., that stem from these parts of our cellular makeup. By disconnecting, numbing, suppressing or erasing experience/memories, you also do this to these past versions of yourself. As if a tree was being cut down or its roots ripped out, you are removing parts of yourself.
