Welcome to June’s jam-packed astronomical sandwich which includes a mighty powerful Strawberry super full moon, summer solstice, and the shifting of the Sun into the Cancer constellation. This planetary concoction includes the positioning of the Moon and the Sun being aligned in perfect opposition to each other. This earth-sandwich is a mighty energetic experience which we all have the opportunity to embrace within ourSelves because the Sun and the Moon represent our inner masculine and feminine energies.

How much impact could investing your energy into understanding and working with this specific universal medley have from 1-10?!? An 11!! Why? You might ask… Because literally every issue internal and external being had right now, on this planet especially, is the complete confusion, imbalance, + misunderstanding of what real masculine and feminine energies are, full stop! Masculine and feminine energies are a representation of the much grander universal polarity that exists in this universe. Both part of each other and within each other, neither better or greater, both full parts yet incomplete without each other.

There is a significant issue in today's societal norms relating to the understanding of masculine/feminine, light/dark, and good/evil concepts. By acknowledging this overarching theme, you can distinguish between authenticity and falsehood in your daily life. Assess whether your ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions originate from genuine sources or if they have been manipulated. Reflect on your subconscious and inner dialogue to comprehend your intentions and motivations. Take the time to manage and analyze your ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Self-questioning is a wise and enlightening approach to maintain equilibrium, mindfulness, and insight into your values and ethics. As summer peaks its warm, radiant energy this year, we have a beautiful opportunity to check in with our vast, all-encompassing consciousness by tapping into this New Moon in Gemini’s light + dark properties. As you may know, Gemini is represented by twins; this depiction is also understood to be a symbol for the bipolar push and pull within us all, the masculine and feminine, yin and yang, day and night, extrovert + introvert, etc.

The key point + purpose of this universal experience, which Gemini also represents for us right now, is to willingly explore yourselves to find a flowing + balanced state. Even the greatest things in life can become dangerous + unhealthy when imbalanced. For example, water: without water, we would die, yet an excessive amount of water could also drown us. The magic of life sits in the balance of it all. Not too hot, not too cold, not too wet, not too dry, a feeble balance creates the environment for life to thrive, and we must do the same within ourselves for optimal health and fulfillment in our lives.

Many of us are waking up to the realization of our highly imbalanced way of living and societal norms. A simple example is our norms in food/fuel societally. If you were to look at the pH of 90% of the food that is heavily pushed, advertised, and even suggested by our “healthcare” representatives and our main media sources here in the West, it is all heavily acidic. A body that is too acidic is a body that is highly vulnerable and perfectly able to host any virus + bacterial infection.

I can guarantee that right now if you asked 10 people in the street at random if they knew what the ideal pH balance of a healthy human body is, and how to achieve it + upkeep it, they would have no clue. Why can I guarantee this? Because it’s beyond obvious by the general consensus of our society's overall health and lifestyle choices. 99% of illnesses and the suffering that is happening on a global scale right now is completely unnecessary and very easily CORE*cted. The key here is the core: we must align all of our beliefs, ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions with our core values.

Our center, solar plexuses, mental health, mentality, willpower, and self-discipline are all represented by our core values — what or who are you willing or not willing to engage with? Where do you give of your attention to? What or who do you create tension with? All of this information can be easily accessed through self awareness and provide the much needed information for healing, change, forward motion…

For some, we also need to upgrade the quality of our values, morals, standards, what we are willing to settle for, what we are willing to stand up for, what we will allow ourselves to take action on or to not….etc. and apply these values without swaying in any area of our life! It’s a beautiful challenge for the hyper controlling left brain dominating mentality we have learned from. We must blanket our core values and standards in every relationship, circumstance regardless if someone differs or if you feel uncomfortable; this is your superpower 🦸‍♀️ for when there is real willingness, there will always be a way!

No more this or that, one or the other— the Gemini honours both sides of creation! With that statement, we want to be very careful with whom we give our will to and why and where we allow ourselves to waver to fit in, feel so-called acceptance, or the need to be relevant—all false ideas of freedom, spirituality, and duality.
