Spoonful of Self Care - She's a bit spicy

Namaste babes, 

As a collective race whether you are aware or not we are transitioning through a huge shit of energy as the masculine and feminine battle it out to increase the sensitives of Mother Earth. Trust me this is a BEAUTIFUL THING but it certainly shakes our shit up and brings up a lot of  OLD, STALE, suppressed energies. I'm talking lifetimes, decades of stored emotions from physical, mental, and/or emotional traumas, most of which we have become completely dissociated from. It's no surprise if you are feeling stuck in mud, wanting to push forward with little movement accomplished, and/or feeling indecisive.

I was having a conversation with my boy the other night and my whole mood shifted, I was interrupting him, being forceful with my words, it wasn't so much of what I was saying but the state of consciousness I was reacting from. As I ranted on he sweetly repeats, "baby, baby, baby" complelty aware I was reacting from a lower vibration he snapped me out of it. Having never spoke to him this way  and feeling instantly awful I started to cry, side note (he's driving with a buddy to San Fran, whilst I am raging then crying then confused as to where this is all stemming from, he deserves a treat hah).

I meditated on my reaction and was relieved when I received messages from the divine that the lower, older vibrations( stored traumas in cellular memory) that will no longer resonate with Mother Earth's heightening sensitivities must be brought to the surface for processing. Then a few days later I was doing an exchange with a student/friend of mine at Reiki For Animals. She tapped into my past life as an enraged, egotistical, high ranked Sergeant/Warrior ruthlessly slaying lives with a sword in hand. He was suffering from grief, a broken heart due to the loss of his partner and killed himself slicing right down the middle of his face with his own sword. My mind's eye throbbed as I remembered and my body flared with heat as I burned away my past anger, resentment, guilt, irritability that had surfaced contributing to my reactions in this life. 

How does this happen? The way I look at life is comparable to a TV.  Stay with me :) Well, turn it on and yes you are viewing one channel while there is still all the other stations playing different shows, you are unable to view them, but you know the option to switch the channel is there. We are dialed into this dimension, but the others still exist holding unconscious patterns from past, parallel, and future lives that have an affect on our layers of composition, karma, relationships, and challenges we face in this life. 

Receiving complete peace of mind, and ease as I confirmed to self, you are not a crazy bitch haha, well crazy yes but a bully no, just a tad feisty at times! What is needed now is a time for surrender and acceptance they are the keys to freedom. As difficult as it may be to accept, it may seem as though you've reached a point where you can go no further in the same manner in which you've been doing things. The old way of doing things must be discarded fully in order to move onward and upward. A new direction and a new strategy are called for. Your way out, surrender. Accept things as they are, and admit that you have no idea what to do next. If you can patiently wait in that heartfelt moment of release, then a stairway will appear, like magic, and all manner of synchronicity will show you the way to higher ground.

SUNDAY'S MORNING MEDICINE

1. As you wake, remind yourself who you are, and where you are. Tell yourself who you are and where you are. What age are you now? Look around the room and notice familiar objects and name them. Feel the bed your are lying on, the warmth or coldness of the air, and notice any sounds you hear.

2. Get up, walk around, take your time to notice each step as you take one then another.

3. Feel the clothes on your body(if you are wearing any), whether your arms and legs are covered or not, and the sensation of your clothes as you move in them.

4. Crank tunes.

5. Stamp your feet notice the sensation and sound as you connect with the ground.

6. Clap and rub your hands together, hear the noise and feel the sensation in your hands and arms.

7. If you can, step outside, notice the temperature of the air and how much it is different or similar to where you have just come from.

8. Choose a grounding exercise; yoga, walk, tai chi, cleaning, etc.
