Ep 33 - Peter Pan’s Narcissism Rehab Series #1 - Intro

This episode is a candid and vulnerable conversation recorded months ago where I share the struggles I've faced over the past 8 to 9 years, including the traumas and events that have arisen from my tendency to run away, severe avoidance, and narcissistic traits.

In this series I take a step back and acknowledge the narcissistic traits and tendencies that I have embodied, and the detrimental impact my actions (and lack thereof) have had on myself and my loved ones.

This episode was ORIGINALLY intended to be released back in 2017 when we began podcasting! I was meant to take a deep dive into my whole-hearted healing journey, but instead in my self CONvinced pride, I started to become a fake version of Stacey, as a result, I attracted others who echoed this disingenuous copycat persona. My underlying jealousy and competition with everyone made me reluctant to share the spotlight and was obsessed with any attention. These traits were disastrous, to the extent of discrediting and placing undeserving doubt on Stacey’s highly accurate and trained intuition, which ultimately led to the dreadful carbon monoxide poisoning of our family and the loss of one of our babies life.

The level at which I needed to be needed because of a subconscious sponsoring belief of worthlessness deep within my system, ultimately leading me to drain at her health, life, and wealth, is frightening. Even though I recognized the negative patterns I was repeating—patterns rooted in the survival mode I developed during childhood—I found it nearly impossible to break free from these cycles because of my lack of willingness to feel my truths. Why are we narcissists such a-holes? Because we never expand out of our own a-hole. Period. Cell-centred, all about us, duality MENtality.

Years passed as attempts were made to regain balance in Stacey's business, health, and personal growth. Eventually it got so bad that she even considered separating from me. Yet years went on, and with the neurological effects from carbon monoxide poisoning compounding my imbalance, I continued to self-sabotage. I took advantage of the energy of both my partner and her mother, manipulating the narrative to shield myself from deeper feelings and redirect trauma onto the two women who supported me the most. This perpetuated unhealthy cycles of giving their best to undeserving men in their lives.

With a spirit of resilience, Stacey maintained faith in our journey, our soul connection and my potential, occasionally seeing glimpses of my higher self before I slipped back into harmful mental patterns. Yes, this is a classic case of narcissistic tendencies.

It's been a long drawn-out road but I’m feeling confidently ready to address + heal the narcissist in me and help the rest of our very neglected, abandoned, traumatized, disabled, dysfunctional, entitled, competitive, and emotionally crippled culture. I realize it is part of my soul's calling to overcome this insidious cancer that lives off of gaslighting, disconnecting, distracting, and blaming everything/everyone except its own creator Cellves.

All hail the empath in us all! It is time to alchemize the narcissist. May we finally feel the weight of the actions and reactions that have traumatized our own cells and so many others often trying to get them to shut off + down just like we did to our pure sensitivities. Due to my own reactive and unhealed shadows, Stacey has once again taken it upon herself to rectify the backlash and hold space for me during my internal storms + battles. 

I'm deeply grateful for Stacey's unwavering support and so proud of the incredible woman she's continued to become despite the challenges my unhealed shadows + life have thrown her way.

That said, I also owe an immense apology to my angel son Pax, my children, Iona, and the collective. I’ve been a key player in causing significant pain and hardship to this goddess who simply strives to help those suffering, struggling, and trying to make sense of life, energy, and their Cellves.

I chose to use this snippet as the intro to this series because it will also help show the transformation that has been taking place, from my vocabulary, tone, filler ticks like “you know” and the mannerisms that will make sense as the series continues.

Baring It All Series: Shifting Gears into 5D

Welcome to the fifth episode of the Baring It All Series. In this self-healing session, we're exploring the concept of shifting gears into 5D. Imagine being able to navigate the dimensional planes like a vehicle shifting gears. We're designed to be 5th-dimensional human beings, accessing all 12 dimensions and co-creating our reality.

The 5 States of Consciousness

We have five different states in which we get to shift in and out of. Giving, Receiving, Rest, Restoration, and Transcending. From the cell-centered infant to the super curious child, to the self-aware adult, we're meant to cruise up and down the dimensional plane, collecting pieces of our cells along the way. Due to severe imbalances within our organism most are stuck in fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and forget**.

Breaking Free from Limitations

Unfortunately, our Western culture is stuck in cell-centered and stressed-out states, unaware of what we're truly experiencing and why. The curious child within us has been lied to, given false information, and conditioned with imbalanced beliefs and habits passed down from our ancestry.

Human Evolution: From 1D to 5D In this stage of consciousness, we're evolving into 5th-dimensional living, transcending the:

- Reptilian/1D: Instinctual, survival-based consciousness

- Mammalian/2D: Emotional, tribal consciousness

- Primitive/3D: Ego-based, individualized consciousness

- Homosapien/4D: Rational, logical consciousness

As we ascend into the 5th dimension, we're entering a celestial, cosmic state, tuning into higher frequencies and dimensions:

- 6th dimension: Template for manifestation - 7th dimension: Spiritual awakening, connection to the divine - 8th dimension: Harmonization of opposites, unity consciousness - 9th dimension: Access to ancient wisdom, collective unconscious - 10th dimension: Multidimensional awareness, parallel universes - 11th dimension: Cosmic consciousness, unity with the universe - 12th dimension: Transcendence, pure awareness

Accessing Higher Dimensions

We can access these higher dimensions through various techniques, including:

- Sleep and lucid dreaming
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Channeling and mediumship
- Hypnosis and trance states
- Yoga and energy practices

Integrating the Brain and Nervous System

It's time to take back control of our lives and our reality. We'll explore the left and right hemispheres of the brain and work towards integrating all aspects of our being. Neocortical regulation and nervous system regulation are key to breaking free from false information and finding our true course.

Episode 4 of Baring it All Series

In this fourth experience/episode, I continue to swim in the deep end, exploring the narcissistic culture and world we live in, exposing its limitations in views, ideas, thinking, feeling, and acting. We'll explore the complexities of human behavior, uncovering why we do what we do.

Delving into the reptilian and mammalian parts of the brain, we'll examine our cells, families, habits, hobbies, purposes, health, cycles, patterns, and more. You'll witness the growth, willingness, and vulnerability in my household as we navigate this self-healing challenge, part of my soul fragment retrieval journey.

As I share my process on this platform, which of course is going to be very triggering in all the needed ways — I'm shifting my channel from a drip, drip, drip ( my scarred, traumatized, insecure girl ) to more of a flow ( my highest educated self ) cleansing and clearing my inner rivers, lakes, and oceans. Getting my energies in motion aka E-MOTION. Reading in between all the lines, breaking down a life in vibration.

The rate at which our ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions flow reflects our self-worth, time, and true financial abundance. Any wealth built on illusions will only distance us from reality. Time, money, and self-worth are all intertwined as vibrations, values, and frequencies. The dollar amount is superficial; the energetic value is what truly matters. Our narcissistic culture has programmed us to devalue authenticity and assign worth to the superficial.

It's time to get back our life, activate our cells, transcend the limitations, and harmonize our energies. The narcissistic culture has exploited empaths like me, but I know we all must heal both our empathic and narcissistic tendencies. We all have roles to play and purposes to fulfill - no blame, just balance.

By being my authentic self, sharing my guided truth, and letting go of overthinking, I'm reclaiming my voice and healing my scared, scarred cells. Do I feel anxious before I start recording, absolutely (does that even make my old self laugh with slight shock because it’s hard to imagine how quickly things change until it happens and we’ve allowed it to be out of our management or awareness), something that happened so casually now causes chaos! We call it a reality check haha How the mighty have fallen feeling. My educated empath is now schooling my inner narcissist, and I'm recognizing on a much larger scale that we all have this gap to heal in our human behaviour. It's time to acknowledge and bridge this divide within ourCellves, rather than pointing fingers outward.

By taking ownership of our own healing, we can transform and integrate our fragmented selves. The empath and narcissist within us are not mutually exclusive, but rather, interconnected aspects of our bipolar duality human experience requiring awareness, healing, maturing, balancing, and evolving.

After being kidnapped from Colombia and relocated to America, I faced bullying and felt pressured to conceal my foreign identity. This led to a deep-seated belief that I didn't deserve to exist. As we merge our businesses and lives, I've grappled with shedding this false energy. It's a constant process, unraveling layers of programming and self-doubt. Unfortunately, this has caused setbacks in our collaborative efforts.

Stacey: Exactly. Our business, my "baby," was established before Johny joined. However, his struggles with self-worth and identity have led to inconsistent engagement, sabotaging our progress. But I know as the life coach that Johny's journey reflects the masculine principle within all beings, regardless of gender. This energy represents how we give of ourselves, often unconsciously driven by societal expectations and generational trauma. Through our partnership, I've seen how unhealthy beliefs about ourselves, our nature, and our cellular makeup affect our well-being.
