New Moon in Cancer & Leo Season

Hola & Namaste,

Rome is once again collapsing, and as we connect the dots of his&her-story, we realize that history repeats itself because it was designed to. Not for the purpose of not allowing change, but instead for the purpose of not allowing the next new chapter to unfold without the lessons being learned. Much like a child getting held back a grade, we can look at our collective consciousness as this child needing to pass by not allowing self-centered, disconnected, corrupted government(s) to take over and control the masses through manipulation, corruption & lies.

Files and files of data are making their way through the cracks of the internet and our own cellular archives. A.I. is having a hard time overriding its moral codes and trying to comply with their false narratives and manipulation tactics. On the other hand, humans are receiving internal downloads & memories of the way things used to be through cellular activation as Mama Earth herself heightens in vibration. This can be measured by keeping track of the Earth’s Schumann resonance + its electromagnetic pulse.

On my end, the control and manipulation are internal. The comfort zones are the Peter Pan-rooted belief systems and patterns that surface anytime responsibility is involved with something I don’t want to do in the moment, even when it obviously NEEDS to be done. Something simple yet relatable is never being on time: a belief system rooted in rebellion and going against the “rules.” The infamous “I do what I want,” “F the Man,” my-way-or-the-highway theme. This was embedded in my identity/the way I built my persona. The issue is that it was embedded so long ago that it is now almost impossible for me to be anywhere on time without pullback. The belief system that I took on as a safety mechanism of being “too cool for school,” IDGAF, bad-boy-like I.D. just doesn’t hit the same as a 37-year-old father & husband 🤦🏽‍♂️

The current energies present include a shift into Leo season, which has felt like rapid manifestations and explosive surfacing of the shadows still needing to be dealt with. New leaves are turning in the form of opportunities to show up to life as the version you most resonate with, and the flowers that bloom are connected to the contracts we are meeting correctly through this summer. I have noticed this challenging, quick-fire theme, requires a stern response, commitment, focus & determination to the contract at hand.

Life is ready for us to make a choice, and the realities on the plane right now are splitting rapidly. We have been meeting and working with individuals in our lives lately who very obviously represent key themes, patterns, characters, and contracts which we are having the opportunities to fulfill correctly through conscious responses and choices. You would think that this makes it easy and requires minimal effort, but that’s not necessarily the case. For me, the themes are obvious because they have been on repeat for much too long, and it’s my eleventeenth opportunity to hit the pitch. This is when we must dig deep and manage any and all reactive traits to the situations that obviously are highly triggering to the old self.

The idiom “life is what you make it” couldn’t be more true as well when we realize that our choices literally create our lives. Choices are not just those major pivotal moments; they are the moment-to-moment micro-choices that are made through what ideas, thoughts, and feelings you give or don’t give energy to. Whatever we don’t change, we also choose.

The gift of the present is the choice we have right now to respond to our immediate experience from the perspective of our highest & most ideal self. I’m finishing this writing well into August, knowing that my lesser-than self would either try to get angry about it being so far behind or find any distraction to not have to deal/feel with/about it. From the higher perspective, I can recognize the immaturity in that type of reaction, and it seems ridiculous that I would ever act that way. But I am also aware that when I allow my micro-choices to slip away from the higher perspective and become micro-reactions, they can spiral into those types of embarrassing choices of character.

As we move through summer and get energetic support to overcome our anchored-down, stale versions, know that the surfacing of them is stemming from the opportunities happening for us, not to us. May we anchor our presence to our highest perspective and consistently respond to our lives from this state. May we find peace in knowing that energy is at the base of all creation and that like energy attracts like energy.

Which translates to: Everything is happening to show us what we are carrying within, and if we don’t resonate with it, we have every right and duty to change it internally so that it has no choice but to be reflected in our external projection.

Softening the Shell: Moving Past Collective Defense into Our True Potential

Lately, if you look at the world around us, there is a heavy, exhausted energy in the air. We see it everywhere in our modern culture—loops of complaining, comparison, self-protection, and small-minded views. It is so easy to fall into the trap of looking for the easy way out, taking shortcuts, or slipping into defensive reactions.

It has become such a norm that we often don't even realize we are doing it. It isn't because people are inherently bad; it is because we are living in a culture that has taught us to guard ourselves.

But this month, we are being offered a beautiful invitation to look past those defenses. This ties directly back to what the recent Capricorn full moon ushered in. That moon arrived to gently remove the "caps" we place on our own potential. It asked us to stop letting these protective, defensive traits dictate our lives, and instead start capitalizing on our own autonomy. It is a gentle call to heal the ways we avoid our true feelings or try to control our relationships, emotions, and habits out of fear.

Meanwhile, over here on the acreage, I am focusing on the warm, creative, joy-filled spaces. Filled with sweet wholesome granola goodness that is required to balance out all the harsh and hard. I am feeling soft sparks of joy and a deep gratitude for every single and small moment of flow, harmony, signs of my real vibration and station. There’s still hyper hits of chaos (that one extreme to the other and wack-a-mole like waves) but they’re being caught with more wit and real emotion which deserves its recognition. Peter Pan wants to grow up over here while Captain Hook is in his 1:1 healing sessions. All the inner children are being freed and the lost boys are finding their hOMe —woo hoo! Every small win for the central nervous system counts! Lol

Holding the Heavy and the Sweet Together

The hurt is always there. The loss of our son, finances, family dynamics, business limbs, both prior and post, came with a heavy folder filled with painful files—moments of betrayal, unimaginable hardships, and situations that should have never happened. There are songs that remind me vividly of the different stages of his life, hitting me in waves. Like when I’m in the garden, or creating a yoga class on the deck. The beauty of being here and the hurt of him not marry together. Tears stream through smiles, like rain on a hot sunny day, my eyes burn for a brief moment, my stomach tightens, but my heart it softens, a wall falls down, a brick removed and that feeling— that juice…is worth every squeeze. I feel a part of me returning. A piece of my peace of mind.

Those deep, deep hurts—the "first cut is the deepest" type of hurts—are actually portals to wells of concentrated emotion. They are so incredibly deep and powerful that through them, you gain access to extreme levels of connection, empathy, compassion, feeling, and artistry. These wounds and holes become the tunnels to the labyrinths inside of you. They lead you directly to the missing puzzle pieces that make you whole. Each piece you uncover is a part of your lineage and your ancestry—a sacred collection of particles that were once left behind, stolen, or given away.The land gives me the opportunity to slow down enough to see it all coming together. Right alongside that heavy, ancestral uncovering, there is an extreme sweetness and softness if we allow ourselves to see it.

When I walk across our land, I see the miraculous proof of life gently moving forward:

New wildflowers blooming quietly in unexpected corners.

Peas growing tall and heavy under the July sun.

Handmade trellises standing strong, holding up new growth.

We recently had the opportunity to meet the previous land owners—the ones this farm had been passed down to through generations. Being with them highlighted the exact mix of life I value most: the old, the origin, roots, country, intuition, and a wholesome balance of hardships and sweetness. I’ve always loved to feel deeply—as long as it was real.

Moving Beyond the Numbness

So many of us never get the time, the information, the tools, or the support required to truly process trauma or day-to-day hardships. Because of that, a lack of validation and reality checks becomes detrimental to our behavior, subtly numbing our willingness and empathy.

When things that should never happen are normalized or brushed off as mere "illnesses," "coincidences," or "accidents," we miss the chance to understand why. We stop looking at what our cells are carrying, what generational patterns are on repeat, and how they play out in our daily loops.

This is the real weight of our current culture: a collective shutdown of our natural curiosity and our mammalian instinct for deep, relatable connection. When real feelings are labeled incorrectly by a defensive world, we have to gently guide ourselves back to the CORE: our core values, our core memories, and our core relationships.

The July Shift: From the Protective Shell to the Brave Heart

July, with its transition from Cancer into Leo, gives us the perfect cosmic runway to do this heart-work. It is time for the sour, crabby-like particles of our cells to safely release their bitterness, trading it for a higher perspective and a softer understanding of our life experiences.

As we step into Leo season, the lion offers us the inner will to change. But to get there, we have to gently coax ourselves out of those self-focused, protective shells. We are being invited to heal the ways we try to avoid or control our emotional worlds.

Give yourself the gift of true curiosity and absolute vulnerability with your CELLS, your cell memory, and your self-worth.

With a soft and open heart, ask yourself: What are your THOUGHTS about your:

Relationships with yourself and others?

Habits and the routines you lean on?

Desires and what truly feeds your soul?

Hobbies and the creative facets of your life?

Relationship with water? Rain, swimming, bathing, hot or cold?

How much do you drink, and do you care about its quality?

Relationship with animals, all living inhabitants, and this beautiful planet?

We don't have to keep the defensive caps on anymore. We can step out of the shortcuts, pull our hands into the dirt, and return to a state of true union with ourselves and all others. It is time for the broadest, most compassionate view.
