Most women felt overwhelmed once they got married, had kids, and had to run to make time for themselves to learn, play, nurture, and grow the most important relationship they have with themselves. In addition to defining all others, it will profoundly affect the well-being and experiences of your children and extended family, ultimately affecting the collective we form as a whole. Most people didn't have their own ideas, hobbies, passions, or pursuits. They didn't even think to question as they defended their past decisions scared to explore that maybe along the way a less-than-savoury decision was made for them and others.

Time isn't linear like what we think it is. It's electric and magnetic elements working together to create time, and reality. Getting to know ourselves and everything that went into engineering us. It's all out there. You can find an answer to anything. As we're all interconnected, we can access ALL our memories. We can then decide to fill in the holes and gaps in our timelines with truth and all its contributing factors, weaving science, spirituality, and human evolution so that our linear experience makes the most sense. We can always become privy to another's feelings or what they're going through or where they're coming from to the extent we allow ourselves to ask, feel, and connect to them. Isn't that what we call putting ourselves in someone else's shoes? We cast so many spells based on our ideas and thoughts, but do we know who we're connecting with when we say these things?

Why do we use these statements, adages, and metaphors? Similarly to the stories about the zodiacs, I am curious to find out what their origin is. Their origins. My experience in healing my own cells taught me that we must get to the root of the problem. The root, the seed, was perceived as a confusing idea by many people. A lot of different theories but none that made complete sense, or stayed true to the laws of nature, and that brought all levels of health and life full circle. My curiosity needed to know the root of everything ignited heavily from the saving of my own life. This driving force was the same energy that saved my life in traumatic situations later in life. My intense intuition training and development saved my pregnant self, my husband, our 1-year-old and our two cats from a directed attack to kidnap for ransom, carbon monoxide poisoning, child trafficking, and murder to name a few.

These events haven’t been spoken on too much as I’ve been working behind the scenes drawing all my cells back together and protecting my family from those with less than agendas for us and what we represent. I like these women felt lost. I lost so much of myself after these events. It felt like there was a glass wall between me and everyone. I couldn’t handle anything, my patience was thin, overwhelmed very easily, severely traumatized Johny couldn’t leave the house without me losing my shit. Certain sounds would set me off and all I wanted to do was sleep. If you know me at all this should put off some alarms and maybe some of you can relate. I would try to read a book and the same page would be repeated. I’d stare out the window with a blank gaze. I’d watch old videos of myself teaching spirituality and self-care and find her so annoying and happy she drove me insane because I missed her so much. All of the practices, tools, and healings that were applied to reverse my failing health in 2013 that led to creating my business, maintaining my health, and taught to clients were then all heavily applied as Johny and I went to om work putting our cells back together and healing from the cellular damage.
