Spoonful of Stacey - Self-Worth ( Part VII)

In the moments spent at my father's house, I often sat with my face buried in my knees, sucking my thumb, crying for my mother. Video games were my brothers' coping mechanisms + they are still suffering from these coping mechanisms without any connection to truth or energy. Too, they competed constantly with their little sister the rebel child who stepped up. The people in my family love to keep me limited to their false displaced ideas (air) of me in order to keep their lazy minds and crazy a**es from facing who they truly are.

After several attempts to help, their unhealed cells began protecting their less desirable side. Inability to face their shit and/or accept responsibility. We are all connected and each of us has our own dualistic experiences as part of our original consciousness. One's entire perception of reality will change if one has this respect and knowledge. When we shift false beliefs and definitions to universal truth, the cellular energies, DNA and RNA, can align and balance, allowing the elements to work cohesively together, cooperating and communicating constantly to create a FLOW of energy and LIFE.

(The Y chromosome, air, fire, ⚡️ ) fuels the desire and intention to help others understand their cellular health and how to manage their own energy. (The X chromosome, water, earth, 🧲 ). It would be possible to avoid so much harshness, trauma, despair, health issues, illness, early ageing, + unnecessary suffering if everyone would understand their own cellular system, how to self-heal, self-educate, + self-manage with their own building blocks (cells).

That said, moving forward it felt so cold + dry around my father. I can picture that young girl listening to her father's women haters club bashing females, their spouses, and their exes till the cows came home. "Dad's cooking" meant KFC, old Dutch chips, and 2L pop. From an early age, while in his care, we were neglected and abandoned to manage ourselves.
