*we must be careful to work through these very sensitive layers with caution, care, compassion, small steps, and intense vulnerability—
*back off when needed and be on your A game studying your behaviours and traits ——as you surface the past memories, you will also surface the past versions of the self that endured the trauma along with all those it inherited the vibration from (why it was carried in the cellular memory attracting the experience for healing, awareness, breaking of the cycle, freeing of the lineage) and with this we must be ready for the myriad of emotions that will unlock
*reminding ourselves we are not going through it again is 🔑 — we are just surfacing what had already taken place
*tenderly let yourcellves process the emotions cry, scream into a pillow, paint it out, run around the block, dance wild, box it out, hike out in nature are a few examples for healthily releasing anger, shame, fear, resentment, etc….they should have been supported in the first place.
**watch which versions of you start showing up daily; habits, patterns, personas, language patterns, relationships, hobbies, routines and make sure you’ve got your energy goggles on viewing everything from the beliefs your rewriting as everything will be an opportunity to clean up your nervous system from these false beliefs perpetuating the unbalanced nature and patterns stored within the cellular memory — I strongly suggest a journal to record your self study!
