As I wake to a blustery, snow-covered morning in the middle of April, I realize how much this weather symbolizes a collective resistance to change. We can agree that a massive shift is not just needed—it is here, and it is unavoidable. Yet, for those who have sacrificed dreams, relationships, and health to maintain a level of superficial success or "safety," this transition can feel like a nightmare. The truth is, you cannot be truly successful if you are morally and spiritually bankrupt.

We have been pressured to go against our nature, souls and intuition just to fit into an artificial societal mold. Once the truth about our systems of control—the poisoning of our food, air & water, the corruption of our minds & tech, and the destruction of our humanity—is seen, it cannot be ignored. We will never change the world if we don’t first understand the projection, riding the mirror-wave back into the depths of our inner ocean to find the rooted beliefs that allow these external systems to exist.

Nature knows what is happening on a scale far beyond our conscious minds. It is only when we explore the subconscious and our connection to the divine that the world makes sense. We are living in a cyclical paradigm, and this lunation falls perfectly into place, bridging the gap between the Aries vision and Taurus’s grounded, self-reliant action.

For us, this transition is deeply literal. We spent years in the "Aries" phase re-imagining (re-image-in-ing), healing from trauma, and practicing the very healing modalities we teach, which are the same ones that Stacey used to save her life at 25. We had to work from the subtle, cellularly recalibrating to overcome the heaviness, doubt, betrayal, grief, and hurt we surfaced with the CO2 poisoning in 2019. We realized we were surfacing that from our remaining ancestral skewed beliefs that were stored in our subconscious in order to re-align ourselves back into the acreage/farm —the stage we were at in 2019 when we went through the poisoning. We are entering a glimpse of that reality where we now stand today. That was the spark. Now, as the sun enters Taurus, the energy shifts from the dream of the farm to the building of our lives in it/ for it.

After years of internal restoration, we are moving into the season of the sturdy foundations. We are no longer just imagining/visualizing a better world; we are planting it in the earth beneath our feet. Embodying it with our every decision, every intention, every idea, thought, feeling and action to continue climbing towards our united goal. Vigilantly catching patterns that no longer serve us and working on them to find their root, shifting the belief system that sponsors them, and replacing them with universal truth to be set free from limitation and skewed creations/projections.

This moon and season shift has a large potential to completely change both, our present moment and immediate futures if we choose to zoom out and see the bigger picture. Taurus asks us today to push past all our sh** and use its stubborn/headstrong qualities to make consistent better choices for our Cells. To get addicted to real joy, to expressing love, to expanding our wisdom and honouring our intuition.

Taurus reminds us that we have what it takes, we can now be assisted in choosing consciously where we invest our energy/attention/creation/power instead of being siphoned by addiction, consumerism, media/propaganda, and ultimately scattering our attention so much that we are unable to invest consistently enough create anything intentionally.

Focused attention is a form of currency that many of us are unnecessarily un-abundant in, but this is just a symptom from the excessive cortisol that fuels this artificial system we are collectively waking up from and choosing to take our power back. Taurus again supports this internal shift and it’s external expressions.

Steps to Navigate the Aries-Taurus Shift

Conduct a "Frequency Audit": Identify and reclaim the "currency" of your attention from draining habits, such as media consumption, to nourish the physical body.
Practice "Cellular Gratitude": Perform daily somatic check-ins to feel gratitude in the nervous system, replacing old feelings of heaviness with safety.
Anchor the Vision in the Earth: Transition from visualization to tangible action by taking one re-imagined idea and giving it physical form.
Trace the Pattern to the Root: Utilize Taurean steadiness to identify and address "skewed beliefs" or ancestral patterns, replacing them with universal truth.
Prioritize "Slow Medicine": Commit to consistent, better choices by slowing down the pace to regulate the nervous system and foster true abundance.

Spring is approaching so it is up to us to balance the shift internally though self/cell management and remembering that all the noise outside comes from the speakers we have internally blasting. We must remember to always remember life is happening FUBU For Us, By Us never 2/to us. May we consistently heighten our perspective to keep ourCells and our Ideas, thoughts, feelings, and actions managed and in line with our truest north/moral compass.

Rebalancing Truth + Reclaiming Rhythm

As we flow into April’s showery season we find ourCellves moving through a deeply significant moment—one that may not look loud on the surface, but carries a quiet, undeniable shift beneath it. This is not just a full moon, it is the first full moon of the natural new year—arriving just after the spring equinox, when the Earth itself begins again. While we’ve been taught to mark January as the reset point, nature has always spoken in a different language. Life does not begin in stillness and cold—it begins when things start to move, to bloom, to return. And that return… is happening now.

As I tune into this lunation, what comes through clearly is this:

“rise above.”
rise above the noise, the confusion, the narratives that keep us small.
and begin choosing—not from rational fear, not from the avoidance of discomfort—but from a place of moral certainty, because what is surfacing right now is not subtle.

There are things—personally and collectively—that have been building beneath the surface for some time. Patterns, dynamics, truths that have been ignored, softened, or dressed up to appear acceptable, and now, they are becoming harder to look away from, not gently, but undeniably.

This Libra full moon brings that into focus through the lens of relationship—how we relate to others, yes, but more importantly, how we relate to ourselves within those connections. Where have we been over-compromising? Where have we been performing harmony instead of living in truth?

Libra doesn’t just want peace—it wants true balance…. And true balance requires honesty.

Earlier this month, we moved through a Virgo lunar eclipse—a deep internal clearing, a recalibration of the body, the nervous system, the patterns we carry. It asked us to come back into the details, back into our cells, back into what is real and sustainable. Now, this full moon becomes the moment where that internal work meets external reality. Where we are asked to act differently, choose differently + show up differently. Not from habit, but from alignment.

There is also something important here around what we’ve been taught to follow versus what we inherently know.

April 1st—“April Fools”—a day centered around illusion, trickery + not taking things seriously. But when you zoom out, it begins to feel symbolic of something deeper. A reflection of how truth has been distorted over time. Even the idea of when a “new year” begins—shifted away from the natural cycle of rebirth and placed into the dead of winter. And those who stayed aligned with the Earth’s rhythm were labeled… fools.

So this moment carries a quiet question:

Where have we been living according to systems that disconnect us from what is natural, intuitive, and true? And where are we ready to return?

Because at the heart of this lunation is sovereignty.

Not loud, forceful control—but a grounded, embodied return to your own internal authority. The kind that doesn’t need validation. The kind that doesn’t collapse under pressure, the kind that just knows…. This is also where the shedding comes in.

There is an image here of the “safe” versions of ourselves—the characters we’ve built to navigate systems that were never designed for our full expression. The agreeable one. The accommodating one. The one that keeps things smooth, even at the cost of self. The actor in the cubicle of a calendar that was never rooted in nature to begin with, and now… those roles are starting to feel tight, outgrown, because something more honest is asking to come forward and unfortunately that doesn’t always feel comfortable.

There can be a temptation right now to stay in what feels familiar, to rationalize, to avoid the friction that comes with change. But this energy is not asking for perfection—it’s asking for integrity - to rise above the instinct to stay small, to rise above the reflex to choose ease over truth, and instead, to begin moving gently but clearly toward what you already know needs to be addressed.

There are key things surfacing right now that are not meant to be ignored anymore, they are ready to be rectified… Not through force, but through conscious action.

Spring energy supports this. It doesn’t push—it awakens. It brings movement back into spaces that have been stagnant. It invites growth, but it also requires participation. You don’t have to overhaul everything overnight, but you do have to be honest about what is no longer aligned and be willing to take one step toward what is.

This might look like:
a conversation that needs to happen,
a boundary that needs to be held,
a pattern that needs to be acknowledged,
or simply a moment of choosing yourself in a way you haven’t before.

Small shifts and clear choices that are rooted in truth because this is how sovereignty is reclaimed—not all at once, but decision by decision.

This full moon is not here to disrupt you for the sake of chaos. It is here to re-balance you into coherence. To help bring your inner knowing and your outer life back into alignment, to remind you that you are not here to perform your life…you are here to live it—fully, honestly, and in rhythm with what is real. The new year has already begun not on a calendar, but within you and from here, you get to choose how you move forward. This Easter/Ostara holiday season you get too choose how you celebrate, what you put belief in and very importantly…why.
