Spoonful Of Self-Worth Part XI
Energy can be overwhelming and loud--as they called me, and something I had to learn to manage. The overwhelming emotions I felt would be suppressed constantly, and I would feel incapable of expressing, communicating, or being received/understood. I would find myself amidst a storm of thoughts stewing and seething over what I wish I would or would not have said. As many experiences lacked truth or healthy processing of experiences/lessons, I became crippled with self-limitations. It was difficult for me to engage in so many activities out of fear of judgement or being called a show-off. If I was placed on the spot, at a competition, or in front of my peers, I would fail miserably. This would leave me with a feeling of more doubt in my ability to just be myself. My reality is capped by generational trauma, the trauma that my great and grandparents experienced due to severe trauma; war, depression, scarcity, mass-control, etc. where innocence, purity, and substance were so viciously lost or stolen.
A number of fake realities, smoke and mirrors, and false ideas were used during the early 1900s to subvert the human race. These false concepts distract from the overall corruption that took place at the time. When we encounter generational trauma, we often travel back in time to the era of "The Great Depression," since this generation has directly affected our root chakra; survivability, safety, and wholeness. It is just as dangerous to attack someone's air (the idea of self, spirit, story) as to attack their body (actions, body, environment). Everything is connected and everything is affected. Corrupt treatment creates mass survival and separation mentalities until the root is healed, which is deeper than linear experience. Societal norms that are unconscious create a huge imbalance in society. A greater value is placed on linear, physical and superficial factors. No discussion is ever made of the factors, the intentions behind, or what led to these energies. This is exactly how we were brainwashed and programmed. The dominant culture has taught us to disconnect from our bodies, turn on nature, and become societal slaves - yup, big gulp, difficult swallow, and look around, that's what's up!
My higher self had to consciously take the steps of acceptance and forgiveness in order to give my true self to my younger damaged cells. Being the mother, father, friend, and counsellor I didn't have. As a result of emancipating responsibility from others as well as learning and expanding, my perspective gradually changed. As I become aware of why I have attracted the experiences I have, I may take action now to heal those versions of mycellves. This will help my health, relationship, and children's faith. The act of reversing imbalanced karma through spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical alignment. It involves breaking destructive patterns, loops, and healing generational trauma. In addition to being psychologically and emotionally unhealthy, suppressing, deleting, avoiding, or distorting experiences can be extremely dangerous. We are dealing with long-standing imbalances dating back to the beginning of time ( energy ) along with the beliefs and definitions created during these unconscious events. Old, immature, disconnected, and egocentric past generations are affecting our race, mother nature, planet, and the whole universe at the cellular level. Individually, we must choose to tap into our cellular memories/pasts in order to heal ourselves and evolve.
Ultimately, I want all people to be compassionate, vulnerable, willing, able to find someone they love to cuddle and to make their dreams come true. Disney-ish, but truth bomb, I am. Pretty PG-13. My best friends are punny, witty, and sarcastic when I'm passionate or pissed off. Toes covered in sand and salt, beachy-salty hair, pheromones, baby feet, ritual baths, studying about the universe and human nature, pets and fur babies, moving my body, becoming versatile, making and raising babies, practicing healing cuisine and products, designing, teaching about energy and travelling are among my passions. It is my preference to be exposed to nature. I am a dedicated worker, and I am always eager to learn new things. Whenever my energy is imbalanced, I can be extremely moody, eccentric, demanding, overwhelming, critical, and impatient, which is why I make healthy habits to regulate my energy level. Developing a sense of self-awareness and humbling my ego have always been my favourite activities. As humans, we are strange, interesting, curious, mysterious, intelligent, and the more we are connected to all the different parts of ourselves, the more fun and joy we get to experience - and the more able we are to relate to others. As an activist who has been attacked socially/viewed as a freak... I am the girl who teaches people to think for themselves, about the amazing benefits of plants like cannabis, human nature, and spirituality. Unfortunately, the media has heavily infiltrated these subjects and is using them to control the masses.
The law of energy dictates that destiny is destiny. For one to realign back with their destined path, all unaligned actions must be healed. You create your fate based on the decisions you make. In the course of healing your imbalanced karma (unaligned actions), your whole life will shift towards your highest truest self. In truth, you cannot fake energy (or elements), your body is constantly capturing memories, and your karma camera is recording memories consciously and unconsciously.
