Moonday Me Time Online Yoga Classes
During this series of classes, you will be guided on a systematic journey towards achieving a heightened state of consciousness and vitality, while discovering true CELL AWARENESS. Through the integration of all aspects of health and wellness, you will experience a sense of ease and lightness in your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and energy bodies. This originates from a place of flexibility, agility, and suppleness in the mind, muscles, meridian lines, joints, and a conscious connection to the multi-level human system and the universe we inhabit.
By practicing Yoga, you can liberate yourself from your own self-imposed boundaries and embrace yourself with unabashed acceptance. As you develop awareness + give back to every layer within your body, mind, and spirit, you will feel more grounded, mindful, confident, connected, and at peace!As we embark on our journey together, we will delve into the many facets of self-care and alignment, exploring various techniques such as controlled breathing, detox sweating, emotional release, active engagement, rhythmic chanting, fluid movement, gentle stretching, self-massage, and peaceful meditation. Through these practices, we will strive to cultivate a deeper understanding of our minds and bodies, fostering a sense of inner peace and balance that will guide us on our path toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
As someone with over 31 years of experience in gymnastics, fitness, and nutrition, as well as 10 years of advanced yoga instruction, I offer a diverse range of services such as facilitating international retreats, hosting private/group classes, NLP life coaching, 1:1 lifestyle architecture, leading reiki certification training, wellness mentorship, and trauma healing. My approach combines traditional Eastern and Western methods with my personal daily training in various styles such as vinyasa, hatha, kundalini, karma, bhakti, aerial yoga, prenatal, mama/baby, yin, and restorative. My classes are suitable for individuals of all ages and levels, ranging from beginners to advanced, and include yoga workouts, breath work, and meditation infused with pilates, aerobics, tao chi, weightlifting, and more.

Drop-In Single Class
To attend a Moonday Class, please email lifeinvibrationhub@gmail.com and send an e-transfer donation at least 3 hours before the 8pm MDT start time to be added to the class.
8 Week Series
In order to participate in the complete 8-Week Series, a minimum donation of $25 is required. All proceeds will be directed towards The Peace Movement in memory of our cherished child, Pax Legend Rey. These funds will be utilized to aid at-risk youth by providing conscious living workshops, classes, and equipment through our organization The BLNT Youth.
