Join mama Iona with her 60 + years of fitness, aerobics, weightlifting, nutrition, and movement manifested into these self-care classes to assist you in your health and wellness journey!

From Pilates, weight-training, martial arts, boxing, aerobics, yoga, bodybuilding, circuit training, high-intensity and low intensity interval training, body weight exercise, hiking, cycling, yoga, stretching, running, and swimming to name a few will all be incorporated from my personal and professional experience.

Workout with me and/or dive into your relationship with food/fuel in my 1:1 online virtual sessions or in-person at our studio! I also offer free classes to support your wellness journey on our YouTube channel! These classes are in anticipation of the launch of our very own virtual studio!
