Spoonful of Staceyism - C o n s c i o u s l i v i n g

I truly believe we encompass within us access to divine knowledge. That the smartest doctor, nutritionist, philosopher, yoga teacher, healer, therapist, and best friend resides in the inner cave of our heart. I have interpreted this voice as the higher self. The higher self wants to guide us into living the life we designed for ourselves . I believe we choose our lessons, ailments, families, experiences, and environment prior to entering this planet earth. We created an experience that would provide us the karmic lessons our soul choose to work through in this body, in this lifetime.

There's a lot of information flooding the internet now, a pissing contest for who is the most spiritual. Entrepreneurs pushing their modalities and what worked for them. My point here is I do not want to conform anyone, or push my experiences and opinions on my clientele because they are just that my stories. I share my interpretations of life here as a human with hopes of inspiring others to live in their truth.  My missions is to ignite the light, the teacher, the higher self that already exists in all of us. To guide my clientele to take responsibility for their own lives, their own transformation, empowering them to heal what is no longer serving and to make intelligent choices to walk in their truth. I want humans to consciously learn how to think for themselves. Simple yet significant.

But if there is one great hope for a better world, it is us. Yes us, we are the only one in charge of ourselves no matter what year it is or energetic shift that is happening. We are the only one who can embrace all of ourselves. If we don't do this, no one else will. If we don't choose to live life from a more conscious and kind awareness every day, no one else will. There's no need to wait for someone else or for some wave of global awakening energy to push you along to a better or "perfect" life ( in my eyes everything already is perfect). If anything, if there is a wave of awakening energy, it's because others have walked through that door to embrace their most disturbing darkness and their sweetest light. In doing so, they embraced all of themselves. A beautiful way to perceive awakening, another is to let go of all attachments, including the ones that "seem" to make us feel good (short term fixes).

So it all comes back to us. If we are waiting on the sidelines for some perfect moment to jump in, don't. Don't get in. The water is not what you are "expecting". We simply have to let go of the idea of the perfect moment, and then jump in! OR maybe you should just take the PLUNGE because there is no right or wrong and you always have a choice. You are going to get exactly what you need (maybe not what you thought you wanted) our lovely universe's way of getting us back to our truth.

Spoonful of Staceyism - B e Y o u r s e l f

We are told from a young age to be yourself, but as we grow one becomes more aware of how we are pressured/conditioned into being that one person everyone else wants us to be.

That girlfriend.
That best friend.
That sister.
That daughter.
That adult.
That mom.

When one comes to the realization that they are responsible for their own life and begins to accept responsibility one can begin to live in their truth and manifest the reality in which they truly desire.

We always have a choice and we let other people make these decisions for us or fail to decide. Doing nothing is also a choice. We fail to make choices because we lack in clarity, trust, and confidence. The emotion that holds us back from being ourselves and taking responsibility for our choices is fear. Fear of failure, fear of disappointment, fear of looking silly, fear of pain, etc. We label experiences as good or bad, we place preferences, I like this/I don't like that. We set unrealistic expectations. We attach ourselves to a certain plan/outcome.
Essentially, we humans get in the way of our own divine power, highest truth and being just that ourselves.

"Don't change so people like you. BE YOURSELF and the right people will l o v e the real you."
