If you are new to self care/cell care or continuing your practice as a now mama-to-be, cell care has never been this vital for collective sanity + state of health. This personalized practice introduces true self-connection + cellular awareness through the mindful art of cell exploration, strengthening, flexibility, intuition development, + new self-love for the budding baby growing/glowing inside.

Join our 6-Week Prenatal Class Series to Nurture Your Mind and Body

This series is exclusively for expectant parents, and we will be focusing on providing tips and tools to help you through every step of the way.

We will be sharing knowledge on topics such as nutrition during pregnancy, exercises to strengthen your body for childbirth, and relaxation techniques to ease your mind. We understand that every pregnancy is unique, and we will be tailoring our classes to meet the individual needs of each participant.

At the end of the 6-week series, you will have gained a wealth of knowledge and confidence to help you navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of pregnancy and childbirth. We look forward to supporting you every step of the way.

With my partner and best friend beside me, we’ve unassisted and free-birthed multiple of our children, and my mother's maternal wisdom from raising three children, we've formed an empowering coven that offers uplifting advice and support.

As a mother who has experienced miscarriage(s) and child loss, and a fifth-time birth-giver currently along with all of my training’s and modalities, and years of 1:1 mentorship are here to support and to share our collective knowledge and provide assistance to help you navigate your own prenatal journey through our online Prenatal series!

Breaking Unhealthy Patterns: The Grandmother "a little bit parent, a little bit teacher, and a little bit best friend."

Life has a funny way of leading us down unexpected paths, and sometimes it takes us years to realize our true purpose. Let's delve into this inspiring tale of resilience, self-discovery, and the profound impact one can make when they find their true calling later in life. Like many, Iona found herself trapped in a web of mundane routines and unfulfilling pursuits. Nature became her sanctuary. Fitness her best friend and nutrition her mother as she was left parentless at the young age of 34.

Iona Kofoed, affectionately known as @naturalisticmama, is not your ordinary grandmother. Embracing her role with unwavering dedication and an abundance of love, she stands as a beacon of wisdom, guiding not only her children but also her grandchildren towards a brighter and healthier future. Iona's life is a testament to the transformative power of breaking unhealthy generational and ancestral patterns and cycles. Throughout her life, Iona witnessed the detrimental impact of unresolved issues that accumulate over generations, like a heavy and suffocating cloud overshadowing the family tree. Raised in a household replete with toxic dynamics, she made a conscious decision not to let history repeat itself. Instead, she chose to embark on a journey of self-reflection, growth, and healing.
