Congratulations Mama! Whether this is your first, second or you're well-seasoned, this time in our world has made it very interesting and vulnerable to be creating + carrying a budding new babe. If you are new to self care/cell care or continuing your practice as a now mama-to-be, cell care has never been this vital for collective sanity + state of health. This personalized practice introduces true self-connection + cellular awareness through the mindful art of cell exploration, strengthening, flexibility, intuition development, + new self-love for the budding baby growing/glowing inside.

Experience the strength of a supportive community during your pregnancy. With my partner, sister, and best friend beside me, two of which were unassisted and free-birthed, and my mother's maternal wisdom from raising three children, we've formed an empowering coven that offers uplifting advice and support. Erica, who is in her first pregnancy, third trimester, brings resonance to any new moms. As a seven-time mother who has experienced miscarriage and child loss, and a four-time birth-giver currently in my second trimester, I am excited to share our collective knowledge and provide assistance to help you navigate your own prenatal journey through our online Prenatal series!
Join our 8-Week Prenatal Class Series to Nurture Your Mind and Body
Starting on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, we will be releasing a new class every week to help you prepare for the entire prenatal journey, including the birthing process and the fourth trimester. This series is exclusively for expectant parents, and we will be focusing on providing tips and tools to help you through every step of the way.
We will be sharing knowledge on topics such as nutrition during pregnancy, exercises to strengthen your body for childbirth, and relaxation techniques to ease your mind. We understand that every pregnancy is unique, and we will be tailoring our classes to meet the individual needs of each participant.
In addition to the weekly classes, we will also be providing access to a private online community where you can connect with other expectant parents and share your experiences. This will be a safe space for you to ask questions, seek advice, and offer support to others.
At the end of the 8-week series, you will have gained a wealth of knowledge and confidence to help you navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of pregnancy and childbirth. We look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
