- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in with cacao and get ready for the ceremony.

In Ireland, Women's Christmas is a celebration of the women who keep the heart of the home beating. It's a time for women to come together, socialize, and recharge after the holiday season. Let's honor this tradition and the women in our lives by creating space for healing, connection, and renewal.

Let's acknowledge the ways in which women have been the backbone of our communities, and let's nurture our own spirits with an afternoon reset,

Itinerary:

1. *Welcome* (2:00 pm - 2:05 pm)

- Warm welcome, introduction, and a moment to land

2. *Cacao Ceremony* (2:05 pm - 2:20 pm)

- Guided cacao ceremony to connect, ground, and set intentions

- Enjoy unlimited ceremonial cacao throughout the event

3. *Guided Meditation with Somatic Healing and Yin Yoga* (2:20 pm - 2:40 pm)

- Journey inward, release, and connect with your cells to regulate your nervous system and clear out what's leftover from 2025

- Gentle, guided meditation with somatic healing and yin yoga detox to assist releasing past trauma from the body

4. *Vision Board Creation* (2:40 pm - 3:00 pm)

- Craft, create, and sip cacao while visualizing your goals, dreams, to-do's for the new year

- Intuitive guidance and support available

This is a space for you to:

- Nourish your spirit and prioritize self-care

-Take a pause and slow down

- Connect with like-minded women

- Honor your unique essence and the women who came before you

- Reset out of unhealthy routines
