Join our Prenatal Class Series to Nurture Your Mind and Body

This series is for expectant parents, and we will be focusing on providing tips and tools to help you through every step of the way. We will be sharing knowledge on topics such as mental health during pregnancy, exercises to strengthen your body for childbirth, and relaxation techniques to ease your systems.

We understand that every pregnancy is unique, and we will be tailoring our classes to meet the individual needs of each participant. At the end of the series, you will have gained a wealth of knowledge and confidence to help you navigate the exciting and sometimes challenging journey of pregnancy!

Revisit the classes weekly creating a ritual for yourcellves! Listen deeply as your body + budding baby tell you what they crave; yin yoga, vinyasa flow, aerobics, meditation, pilates, meditation, insight, relaxation…..We look forward to supporting your pregnancy journey.
