Learn how to slow the mind down, shift perspectives, develop your intuition, and manage the quality, quantity and rate in which your ideas, thoughts, feelings, and physical experiences are flowing. Whether you’re lazy, busy, overactive, overwhelmed, OCD, ADHD, anxious, depressed, revving, overly excited, lack-lustre, disorganized, cold, exhausted and controlling to name a few all symptoms are a sign of excess, deficiency, spikes of highs/lows, and will contribute to further imbalance if not regulated.
As I guide you into a parasympathetic state of being, your cells will not only be able to recharge but you also have the opportunity to cultivate a strong(er) relationship with self and the world surrounding you.
