If stepping outside your comfort zone feels limiting, if you are simply craving a creative outlet, or a unique night out, we invite you to join us for a Cacao Ceremony, Grounding Meditation, and step-by-step Guided Paint Night.
With the help of the superfood Cacao (healing chocolate), we will open our creative flow through a centering meditation before playing with paint with step-by-step guidance while music, self-care treats and cacao move joyfully throughout the evening.
Art should never be judged; there is no "wrong" way to create. If you’ve ever thought, “I’m not creative” or “I can’t paint,” join us to acknowledge and begin to heal those limiting beliefs. This is a space to flow intuitively with patience, compassion, and self-acceptance while surrounded by encouraging, like-minded souls. This workshop is purely a time for receiving, enjoying, and creating a new piece of art to keep or gift to a loved one.
