With our quick move into our new location just days before our wedding we never had a Grand Opening for the new space! SOO on September 30th from 10AM-1Pm Johny and I will be hosting a few classes, serving some soul food & bevvys, sharing information on our other modalities we offer, and answering any questions you may have.

Attendance is FREE but you must REGISTER as we have limited space for the Yoga & Meditation Classes.
