Meditation/Pranayama
Grounding Exercises
The Chakra Energy System
Hand Positions to Give Yourself and others Reiki
Giving Reiki to Plants and Animals
Attunement to Reiki Level I

At the end of class you will receive a course manual and certificate of completion.

Please pack a lunch and bring a pillow/blanket to sit on.

LEVEL I is the only course being offered for June , 2015
The training is done in a group setting of 6. Prepayment will hold your space in the training. 
Payment: prepaid, no refunds, cash/cheque/e-transfer only.
Deadline for application/payment is June 7th, 2015, preparation for certificate is required. 
Requirement : Has received at least one Reiki healing session from previous Reiki Master or myself.
