Ola,
With the huge shifts that have taken place recently within all of us emotionally, physically, spiritually now is the time to tune into the timeline you are on and ask is this serving my most authentic self? Do I honor my deepest desires and pleasures? Am I acting out of ego based emotions; fear, low self worth, limiting beliefs and preconceived ideas of how things should be? Do I believe the amount of energy I give daily with the amount I allow myself to receive is balanced? Do my thoughts, actions, and words harmonize with one another? Do I smile?
Tune into the response within the emotions and physical responses that take place, notice them without judgement just become aware of what's really going on, search for the occult, the hidden, the root of your negative aspects and don't critic what arises just observe how it would fit into your new timeline of acceptance, trust, and compassion that all the lessons and challenges stored within you were merely guidance to your highest self!
Open your mind, body and soul to receive a workshop full of self-discovery in the form of yoga, meditation, breath work, guided visualization and imagery, spiritual counsel, chakra philosophy & healing. Rediscover the truest self by learning to release old thought patterns, behaviors, habits and beliefs that no longer serve the highest version of who you are and have always been.
This will be the first of a series of workshops I will be hosting at the Family Centre until I depart in December! Join me on this roller-coaster ride of life and gain a relationship with your most authentic self. No yoga experience is needed just an open mind, open heart, and desire to heal.
